Mr. David A. Johnson, Sr. began his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 19, launching his first home improvement company. He later joined one of Boston’s leading rehabilitation firms, where he quickly rose to the role of Project Superintendent. His passion for the industry led him to teaching construction students and mentoring young students for the Boston School Department, sharing his expertise with the next young generations of future builders.

Mr. Johnson was then recruited by Bechtel, the world’s largest construction company, to work on Boston’s Central Artery Project—one of the most ambitious infrastructure undertakings in the city’s history. Following this, he served the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as both a Resident Engineer and Project Engineer, eventually moving on as the Senior Chief Building Inspector.

With over 45 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Mr. Johnson brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and dedication to every project he undertakes.

He firmly believes that successful construction projects begin with a strong client partnership. “Understanding the client’s goals is the top priority,” he says. “I’m not just interested in completing a job—I’m interested in keeping my clients.” His commitment to excellence is reflected in a loyal clientele that spans more than three decades.
