David A Johnson, Sr, CBO

David A. Johnson, Sr, CBO Founder and Director, brings 45 years of experience in the construction industry.  Studied at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, David launched his first construction company at the age of 19, specializing in kitchen and bathroom renovations. He went on to remodel homes and eventually building over 100 houses in the Greater Boston area, Sport center, Tunnels, stations, and Historical structures improvements.

His career has spanned roles as:

       

• Union Master Carpenter

• General Contractor

• Project Superintendent

• Project manager

• Resident Engineer

• Project Engineer

• Senior Chief Building Inspector

• Construction Code Consultant

Driven by a passion for helping others achieve their goals, David recognized the need for CSL training in Boston’s urban communities, and started Mass CSL Training Group, LLC.   The one-on-one programs help me understand each students learning habits, and I adapt the materials one student at a time.
